Jour de Fête

Our annual Bastille Day party at the farm with friends and neighbors.

For the past two years we have been celebrating the French national day"le 14 Juillet" Last year we had 20 guests, friends from Switzerland, France, Guadeloupe and America. All shared the spirit of "joie de vivre". Alfresco dinner , candlelight and "la Marseillaise" made us feel we were in France...

So it became a tradition, Bastille Day Party at the Berminghams!

This year we had 80 guests, 10 tables on the lawn, string-lights, a terrific band "Dodo Orchestra" and fireworks. (legal in Pennsylvania)...And of course, lots of champagne!
